Pryv.io software has been fully released in open-sourced and placed under the control of a Swiss Association to develop, promote and lead a community of interest.

Pryv is a Swiss-based non-for-profit associationas per Article 60 of the "Code civil suisse" with the following purpose

• Maintain and develop Pryv.io as an open-source software.
• Publicize and promote the Pryv.io software free of charge.
• Organize and lead a community of interest around the Pryv.io software
